Establishes felony rental vandalism, ineligibility for state assistance, and federal housing assistance limitations.

This bill establishes the criminal offense of felony rental vandalism for tenants or occupants causing over $1,000 in damage or pest infestation. It makes such individuals ineligible for state supplementary assistance until restitution is paid or incarceration is served. The bill also limits eligibility for federal housing assistance under the United States Housing Act of 1937, or any successor program, until the requirements of the bill are met. The bill does not apply to assistance for dependent children or emergency medical assistance.
