Senate File 2240 amends the Code to extend the deadline for entering into withholding agreements under the targeted jobs withholding credit pilot project. The pilot project city and the economic development authority will now have until June 30, 2030, to enter into these agreements, extending the previous deadline from June 30, 2027.
