This bill extends the deadline for state departments and agencies to submit proposed legislative bills and joint resolutions to the Legislative.

This bill modifies the deadline for state departments and agencies to submit proposed legislative bills and joint resolutions to the Legislative Services Agency. It extends the current 45-day deadline to 60 days before the convening of a session of the general assembly.
