Iowa SF2039 provides for intervention by members of the general assembly in proceedings for judicial review of agency action under the Iowa administrative procedure Act. Specifically, the majority leader of the senate, the minority leader of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the minority leader of the house of representatives can intervene. Other members of the general assembly may join a motion to intervene filed pursuant to this section. This bill is effective as of July 1, 2026.
