This bill amends the Code to allow banks to use preclearance and expedited filing services offered by the secretary of state. It adds a new paragraph to Section 9.11, subsection 1, Code 2025, and includes a new section 524.2002 about extra services and surcharges. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
