If the county cannot be determined, the trial will be held in the county where the victim resides, prioritizing the county of a natural person victim. If there is no victim, or if the victim is not a resident or their residence cannot be established, the trial will be held in the county where the accused resides. For non-natural person victims, the trial can occur in any county where the victim has a physical presence.
