Iowa HSB710 increases the number of class "C" retail alcohol licenses or special class "C" retail native wine licenses allowed for a native winery.
Iowa HSB710 modifies the number of class "C" retail alcohol licenses or special class "C" retail native wine licenses allowed for a native winery. Currently, a native winery may be granted not more than two such licenses. This bill increases the limit to three licenses. A class "C" retail alcohol license allows for the purchase, sale, and on-premises consumption of alcoholic liquor, wine, and beer and the sale of alcoholic liquor, wine, and beer. The bill does not affect similar licensing provisions for native distillers and native brewers.
