Expands the definition of "beverage" to include certain noncarbonated soft drinks packaged in metal cans.

This bill amends the definition of "beverage" for purposes of beverage container redemption. It includes noncarbonated soft drinks that are similar to other beverages, packaged in metal cans, in liquid form, and intended for human consumption. The expanded definition requires these beverage containers to be redeemable for the refund value.
