Iowa HSB633 modifies the investment rules for public funds, allowing the uninsured portion of public funds invested through a depository to be invested in insured deposits or certificates of deposit arranged by the depository. It also removes corporate central credit unions from the list of entities with which a credit union may deposit securities and adds securities broker-dealers registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
