Establishes the Iowa rural health transformation fund for federal program moneys.
The bill creates the Iowa rural health transformation fund under the control of the Department of Health and Human Services. The fund consists of moneys received from the federal rural health transformation program. Moneys in the fund are appropriated to the Department for use in accordance with federal requirements and are not subject to reversion. Interest or earnings on moneys in the fund shall be credited to the fund.
