This bill authorizes community colleges to offer degree programs leading to baccalaureate degrees. It allows the boards of directors of community colleges to establish policies, seek accreditation, and employ staff necessary for these programs. Tuition for residents of Iowa must not exceed 150% of the tuition charged by state universities.
