Exempts fleet vehicles from annual validation sticker requirements.
This bill modifies the registration process for fleet vehicles by exempting them from the requirement to display an annual validation sticker. Instead, the Department of Transportation will not issue a validation sticker for fleet vehicles, and fleet vehicle owners are not required to display one. The bill also allows the Department to adopt rules for other means to identify these vehicles. A "fleet" vehicle is defined as one or more vehicles designated by a registrant for distance reporting under a registration reciprocity agreement among states.
