Iowa HSB170 authorizes the Department of Transportation to issue annual permits for vehicles transporting fluid milk products with a gross weight up to 130,000 pounds. The bill applies to permits issued on or after its effective date and to those already in effect. It does not change the 20,000-pounds-per-axle weight limit under Code section 321.463.
