It also exempts drug-checking equipment used by harm reduction service organizations. The bill allows the use of state funds for drug-checking activities and prohibits using drug-checking results in criminal cases or administrative actions. Engaging in authorized acts under the bill cannot serve as a basis for arrest, search, or seizure, nor be admissible as evidence.
