Establishes a grant program for a nonprofit organization to provide sexual assault forensic examination centers.

The bill establishes a grant program within the Department of Justice for a nonprofit organization to operate and maintain sexual assault forensic examination centers in Iowa. The attorney general will contract with an eligible nonprofit organization to provide services to sexual assault survivors, including medical forensic services, and to facilitate trainings for medical practitioners, law enforcement, and prosecuting attorneys.
