Removes psilocybin and psilocyn from Iowa's schedule I controlled substances list.

This bill removes psilocybin and psilocyn from the list of substances classified as schedule I controlled substances under Iowa’s uniform controlled substances Act. It amends Code section 124.204, subsection 4, paragraphs s and t, to strike the references to these substances.
