Iowa HF350 amends the Code to ensure that funds of the department are not used to distribute or make available any commercially published information or material to an inmate when such material is sexually explicit or features nudity. This includes depictions of penetration, contact between mouth and genitalia or anus, contact between genitalia or anus of different people, contact between body parts and genitalia or anus, ejaculation, or use of artificial sexual organs.
