This bill creates an annual 31-day open enrollment period for Medicare supplement policies, starting March 1, beginning January 1, 2026. During this period, issuers are prohibited from denying, conditioning, or discriminating in the pricing of Medicare supplement policies based on an applicant's health status, claims experience, receipt of health care, or medical condition. Issuers must also provide notice of the open enrollment period to applicants.
