Iowa HF283 increases the state minimum hourly wage to $9.10 as of July 1, 2025, $11.60 as of July 1, 2026, and $14.10 as of July 1, 2027. After July 1, 2027, the wage will increase annually by the same percentage as the increase in federal social security benefits. Employers are not required to pay the minimum wage to employees until they have completed ninety days of employment.
