Iowa HF2724 requires the Board of Educational Examiners to establish additional endorsements for teaching in fine arts, mathematics, and science. The bill also mandates the creation of a new kindergarten through grade 12 instructional strategist II endorsement, which does not require a master’s or doctoral degree. These provisions will be repealed on July 1, 2030.
