This bill removes the requirement for cities and counties to consider these principles when developing or amending comprehensive plans or land development regulations. It also eliminates the authority for cities and counties to apply for financial assistance based on these principles. The bill makes corresponding changes to other provisions of the Code and repeals Chapter 18B.
