Iowa HF245 amends Section 53.11, subsection 1, paragraph c, of the Code 2025 to add a new subparagraph. This change requires county commissioners of elections to reject a petition to establish a satellite absentee voting station if the requested site is on school property and a question to approve a bond, an instructional support program, an educational improvement program, a physical plant and equipment levy, or a public education and recreation levy issued by any school appears on the ballot for that election.
