The bill allows nonpublic school students to participate in extracurricular interscholastic activities at public schools, including theater, show choir, and band, under certain conditions. It requires the nonpublic school to not have offered the activity in the two preceding school years and not have an agreement with another school district, nonpublic school, or charter school. The student must meet the same conditions as public school students, including the code of conduct.
