Allows students from nonpublic schools to compete in public school sports.

This bill allows students enrolled in nonpublic schools to participate in extracurricular interscholastic athletic contests or competitions provided by public schools. It requires school districts to allow eligible students to participate immediately. If a school district has a participation fee, the student or their parent/guardian must pay it, but the fee cannot exceed what is charged to public school students.
