The Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (DALS) will administer the program, awarding financial assistance to eligible veterinary practices for projects such as improving or expanding facilities, acquiring equipment, and incorporating new technologies. The bill appropriates $750,000 to the fund, with a maximum of $25,000 awarded to any one practice per fiscal year.
