Proposed constitutional amendment to be reconsidered by the next General Assembly.

Senate Joint Resolution No. 13 proposes an amendment to the Indiana Constitution. This amendment has been agreed to by the current General Assembly and is referred to the next General Assembly for reconsideration and agreement. The amendment must then be ratified by a majority of state voters to become effective.
