Requires the state health commissioner to issue a standing order, prescription, or protocol to allow pharmacists to administer, dispense, test, treat, or prescribe certain medications and immunizations. Provides immunity to pharmacists acting in good faith under these standing orders, except in cases of gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing. The Indiana board of pharmacy must adopt rules concerning pharmacists testing, treating, or prescribing for individuals. Effective July 1, 2026.
