Key fob emulators. Provides (with certain exceptions) that a person who knowingly or intentionally manufactures, sells, offers to sell, possesses, operates, or uses a motor vehicle key programming device commits unlawful use of a motor vehicle key programming device, a Class A misdemeanor.
