Public school matters.

Complete·3/12/26

Indiana SB0200 voids certain indemnity and choice of law provisions in vendor contracts for public schools.

Indiana SB0200 declares that indemnity and choice of law provisions in vendor contracts for public schools are against public policy and void. Effective July 1, 2026, these provisions cannot be enforced. Additionally, public schools must allow certain organizations to provide information to students on school property. Refusal to do so results in a reduction of state tuition support.
