Expands the Indiana crime guns task force area to include LaPorte and Porter counties and changes quorum rules.

The bill amends the Indiana Code to expand the task force area of the Indiana crime guns task force to include LaPorte County and Porter County. It also increases the number of executive board members required for a quorum and modifies the tie-breaking rule to favor the position the chairperson voted for, provided it includes at least one of the specified counties. Effective July 1, 2026.
