Indiana SB0118 modifies the rules for self-service storage facilities, allowing owners to dispose of renters' personal property if the renter does not pay the owner's claim within a specified time after the termination or nonrenewal of a rental agreement. The bill also permits owners to restrict former renters' access to the facility and to remove the renter's motor vehicle, trailer, or watercraft if the renter is in default.
