Establishes minimum standards for resident visitation at a juvenile detention facility in Indiana.

Indiana SB0111 sets minimum standards for resident visitation at juvenile detention facilities, including in-person contact visits with family members or approved visitors at least twice a week for one hour each, and weekly telephone calls with family or approved visitors. It also mandates reasonable efforts to allow visitation on multiple days and at non-business hours. The bill does not obligate facilities to provide transportation or electronic devices for visitors. It becomes effective July 1, 2026.
