Indiana SB0061 mandates radon disclosure by sellers of residential property.

Indiana SB0061 requires sellers of residential property to provide buyers with information on radon test results and concentrations. Sellers must disclose any knowledge of radon levels, including test results, mitigation efforts, and installed systems. Buyers must acknowledge receipt of this information. The bill also recommends radon testing before purchase and mitigation if levels are elevated. Effective July 1, 2026.
