Establishes the Indiana soybean marketing program to be administered by the Indiana Soybean Alliance.

The bill creates the Indiana soybean marketing program to be administered by the Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA). The program aims to develop new or larger domestic and foreign markets for soybeans and products derived from soybeans. The ISA will collect assessments from first purchasers of soybeans and use the funds for market development, promotion, and research. The ISA board consists of elected and appointed members, including representatives from agricultural organizations. The program goes into effect only if assessments are not levied and collected under federal law.
