Honoring Cindy Hoye for her nearly 40 years of service to the Indiana State Fair Commission.

The Indiana General Assembly honors Cindy Hoye for her longstanding service to the Indiana State Fair Commission. Hoye has worked for the commission for almost 40 years, becoming executive director in 2004 after serving 16 years as the commission's marketing director. Under her leadership, the commission oversaw the renovation of the Corteva Coliseum and the construction of the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion, as well as expansions of 4-H programming. Hoye plans to retire in March of this year.
