Requires public utilities to report votes cast at regional transmission organization meetings to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

Starting in 2027, the bill mandates that public utilities submit an annual report to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). The report must detail each recorded vote cast by the utility and its affiliates at meetings of the PJM Interconnection, LLC regional transmission organization. The report must also include a description of how each vote supports the provision of electric utility service with attributes such as reliability, affordability, resiliency, stability, and environmental sustainability.
