Allows senior neighborhoods to decide on lifeguard presence and visiting hours for minors. If a lifeguard is not employed and visiting hours for minors are not established, clear signage must be posted stating "No lifeguard on duty-swim at your own risk". If visiting hours for minors are established, a lifeguard must be present during those hours. The senior neighborhood must post signs and inform residents of the rules. The state department may fine a senior neighborhood up to $1,000 per violation.
