Indiana HB1427 mandates quarterly reporting of gender transition procedures by practitioners to their regulating boards.

Indiana HB1427 requires practitioners who perform gender transition procedures to report quarterly to their regulating boards. These reports must include the county where the procedure was performed and the type of procedure. This annual report is posted on the agency's website and submitted to the general assembly. The reports must not include personally identifying information about patients. Effective July 1, 2026.
