Indiana HB1374 establishes new requirements for employers seeking job creation incentives from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Employers must not use signed union authorization cards for exclusive recognition if a secret ballot election is an option. They also must not disclose employee personal contact information without consent. The bill requires the Indiana Economic Development Corporation to enter into a separate agreement with incentive recipients to recover funds if violations occur.
