Indiana HB1337 amends property and local income tax laws, including tax rates and credits.

Indiana HB1337 amends the Indiana Code concerning taxation. It specifies that property taxes imposed to pay debt service on certain bonds and to make lease payments on certain leases are not considered for calculating a person's supplemental tax credit. The bill also sets the expiration date for expenditure tax rates for counties and municipalities, which expire on December 31, 2029, and every fourth calendar year thereafter.
