It prohibits municipalities from prohibiting these businesses or requiring permits, licenses, or approvals to operate them. The bill allows municipalities to establish reasonable regulations for public health and safety or to ensure the business is compatible with residential use. It also prohibits municipalities from requiring property rezoning or fire sprinkler installation for these businesses. Effective July 1, 2026.
