Insurers are also barred from canceling, refusing to issue, or refusing to renew a policy, modifying premiums, excluding or denying coverage, or modifying policy terms adversely based on the failure to post such a notice. This law applies to property and casualty insurance policies issued, delivered, renewed, or amended after June 30, 2026.
