HB1256 requires the circuit court clerk of each county to publish campaign finance reports, notices, or other instruments filed with the county election board on the circuit court clerk's or county election board's website in portable document format. This applies to candidates for local office, school board, and regular party committees, as well as political action committees not required to file with the election division. The posting must occur within seven days after the due date or actual filing date of the report. Effective July 1, 2026.
