Indiana HB1225 modifies tax deposit limits for certified technology parks, including Level 2 and Level 3 parks.

Indiana HB1225 amends the tax deposit limits for certified technology parks. It specifies that if a Level 2 certified technology park reaches its deposit limit but maintains its certification and is within a qualified military base enhancement area, it becomes a Level 3 park. Level 3 parks can receive additional annual deposits. The bill sets a maximum deposit of $5 million over the park's life and allows for additional annual deposits of up to $250,000 for Level 3 parks.
