Indiana HB1097 requires the owner or operator of a gas station to display human trafficking awareness posters in at least two locations on the premises. These posters must describe human trafficking, provide indicators of trafficking, and list the telephone numbers for law enforcement and a human trafficking hotline. Effective July 1, 2025.
