Indiana HB1080 amends the Indiana Code to specify distribution of Monroe County food and beverage tax revenue to Ellettsville.

Indiana HB1080 amends the Indiana Code to specify that parts of the Monroe County food and beverage tax collected in the town of Ellettsville must be distributed to Ellettsville. The county auditor must distribute the revenue to the town, city, or county based on where the tax was collected. The town of Ellettsville can use its share for economic development, public safety, parks, and infrastructure improvements. Effective July 1, 2025.
