The bill establishes the family recovery court fund to support family recovery courts and safe baby courts. The fund consists of money appropriated from the state unrestricted opioid settlement account and donations, gifts, and money from other sources. The Office of Judicial Administration administers the fund, which is continuously appropriated for funding family recovery courts and safe baby courts. Effective July 1, 2026.
