Indiana HB1032 allows the general assembly to amend congressional districts at times other than the first regular session following the decennial census. It specifies requirements for actions challenging the apportionment of congressional districts or general assembly districts. If the general assembly adjourns without establishing districts, a redistricting commission is formed. The commission consists of the speaker of the house, the president pro tem of the senate, the chairmen of the senate and house committees on legislative apportionment, and a fifth member appointed by the governor.
