Illinois SB3904 proposes special license plates for autistic and neurodivergent individuals and their parents.

Illinois SB3904 amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow the Secretary of State to issue special registration plates for autistic and neurodivergent individuals and their parents. The plates will display the Just Bee icon and can be personalized. The Secretary will set eligibility requirements and may issue the plates as vanity plates. The plates will not need to display "Land of Lincoln" and will expire according to the multi-year procedure.
