Establishes a task force to evaluate and recommend an on-site child care pilot program for Illinois State employees.

The State Employee Child Care Pilot Program Task Force Act establishes a task force within the Department of Early Childhood to assess the feasibility of an on-site child care pilot program for State employees. The task force will develop recommendations on program structure, staffing models, and operational oversight. It will also evaluate the potential for a paid internship or apprenticeship program in partnership with the University of Illinois Springfield and other public universities.
